We are delighted to introduce our latest guest accommodation; The Cottage.

At $230 per night, The Cottage is secluded and self-contained. Facing north, guest can enjoy all-day sun and a view out to lawns and garden of native and exotic trees. Watch the kingfishers swoop from the Moreton Bay fig and allow yourself to be woken by the tuis in the nearby gum trees.  The Cottage offers separate bedroom with king sized bed, lounge, small kitchen and full bathroom and laundry.

If you prefer to stay at 114 on Waipapa, we welcome you to our two queen bedrooms, each with ensuite, and a king-single also with ensuite. All rooms have butler trays and private terraces with sun shades.
